Pricing corrections come first
If a figure on this site is wrong or out of date, that email goes to the top of the queue. Include the page, the figure, and where the current number can be seen — a link to the platform's own pricing page is ideal. We will correct it, date the correction, and note what changed.
Platforms and vendors
If you work for a platform graded here, you are welcome to send a correction on the same terms as anyone else, and we will apply it if it checks out.
What we will not do is remove a deduction, pre-share a draft, or adjust a grade in exchange for a partnership, an account, or an affiliate arrangement. Those requests get a polite no.
What we cannot help with
We do not provide technical support for any platform — the vendor's own support team will answer faster and knows your account. We also cannot advise on tax treatment of course revenue, contracts, or anything that is properly a question for an accountant or a lawyer in your country.
